Please complete this refund form so we can process your request as quickly as possible. All sections must be fully completed to avoid delays.

  • Refund timescales: Once submitted, we aim to process refunds within 14 working days. If we need any further details, a member of our team will contact you.

  • Item didn’t dispense: In most cases, your bank will automatically refund you within 5 working days. If this hasn’t happened, please complete the form.

  • Faulty machine: If you’ve spotted a fault, please tell us in the ‘Additional Information’ section. Include the station name, exact location (e.g. concourse, waiting room, platform number), and a brief description so we can fix it promptly.
