Refund requests

If you’ve experienced an issue with one of our vending machines and need a refund, please complete our Refund Form.

Machine faults

If you’ve spotted a vending machine fault, please include details in the ‘Additional Information’ section of our refund form or contact us at info@decorumvending.co.uk. Please help us to resolve the fault quickly by including:

  • Station name

  • Exact location (e.g. concourse, waiting room, platform number)

  • Short description of the fault.
